Bryce is a skilled healthcare strategy leader intensely focused on asset-light solutions in healthcare delivery. His experience with professional services and in large, integrated delivery systems has afforded him a well-rounded perspective on challenges facing those delivering care in a complex environment. Bryce approaches projects with a data-oriented focus striving to positively impact patient care and ensure healthcare systems can execute on a thoughtful strategic plan. His work is guided by three key values: honesty, compassion, and excellence.
Prior to joining ECG, Bryce was the director of strategy and business development for Sutter Health, a $13 billion integrated care delivery system serving the Northern California market. Specifically, he worked on strategic development and transactions for Sutter’s Surgery Center Division, a freestanding ambulatory surgery center (ASC) management company servicing its 35 joint venture and wholly owned assets. Bryce was responsible for deploying over $150 million in strategic capital, which included de novo ASCs, various buy-ups, and a complete buyout of a long-term strategic partner. He was also responsible for the restructuring and turnaround of a retail health business resulting in a one-year EBITDA improvement of $11 million. In recognition of his professional endeavors, in 2021, Bryce was selected as the youngest member of the Sacramento Business Journal’s “40 Under 40” class.
